Common questions

I paid to remove ads and they came back

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. The upgrade is tied to your Apple Account, so make sure you are signed in with the same one you bought it on.

I want a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I lost my scores

Progress is stored on the device only, so deleting the app or resetting it clears it, and it cannot be recovered afterwards. Leaderboards you posted to Game Center survive because Apple keeps those.

Do I need a connection?

No. Every game in the app plays offline. A connection is only used to fetch ads and, if you use them, Game Center leaderboards.

How do I change my ad or tracking choices?

Ad consent is in the app's Settings. Tracking permission is in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Where did the party games go?

They moved to party.crushfive.com. Room codes and hosting work the same way.
