This policy covers the CrushFive game app for iPhone and iPad, and this website. The short version: the app has no accounts, we run no server for it, and what it remembers stays on your device.

What stays on your device

The app has no accounts and no sign-in, and it sends nothing to a server we run — we do not operate one for it. Everything the app remembers is written to your device's own storage and stays there:

• your scores, records, streaks and unfinished games;
• your settings — theme, sound, difficulty, and which games you have pinned;
• usage counts the app keeps so it can show you your own statistics.

Deleting the app deletes all of it. We cannot read any of it, and there is nothing for us to hand over, export or delete on your behalf.

What third parties collect

The app includes software from Google and Apple, and those companies collect data under their own policies rather than ours:

• Google AdMob serves the ads. It uses a device advertising identifier and records ad views and taps in order to show and measure ads. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services. In the UK and the EU the app asks for your consent choices before any personalized advertising, and on iOS it asks separately for permission to track. You can decline both, and you can change them later in the app's settings and in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Buying the ad-free upgrade removes the advertising software's role entirely.
• Apple handles purchases (the ad-free upgrade) and Game Center leaderboards and achievements. We never see your payment details; we receive only Apple's confirmation that a purchase completed. Game Center is optional and off unless you sign into it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your personal data.
• We do not use any third-party analytics service in the app.
• We do not ask for your name, email, address, contacts, photos or location.

This website

crushfive.com is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. Like any web server, ours briefly logs the requests it receives — address, time and page — to keep the site running, and does not use them for anything else.

The party games at party.crushfive.com are a separate site: hosting or joining a room there stores a cookie so your browser can find its way back to rooms you are already in, a room keeps the nickname and avatar you chose while it runs, and Google Analytics may count visits under Google's privacy policy.

Children

CrushFive is suitable for all ages and asks for nothing that could identify a child. Advertising is restricted to a conservative content rating.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it and the new version replaces this page. Questions about privacy, or a request about data, can go to our support channel.
